Happy New Year! Well, another year has come and gone. We are still working through the TRID saga and we will prevail! I have confidence that we will soon have world peace in escrow! I would like to take this time to reflect on the challenges we have overcome and the strength our escrow community provides. Personally, I get a great deal of comfort knowing I can rely on my peers for advice and support. It is gratifying to know that as a great escrow association, we can grow to be better, smarter and more efficient. We have decided to postpone the first dinner meeting of the year to February 17, 2016. We are looking forward to having a wonderful speaker, Darth Eliopulos, Southern California Escrow Operations Manager from First American will update us on the TRID challenges and obstacles. We are so grateful to our wonderful sponsors and affiliates for their continued support! We will be providing more information for the upcoming meetings towards the middle of January and will keep you informed as to the dates, speakers and information that you can look forward to this coming year!
