We’re having some great beach weather, for one thing. The Orange County Fair runs from July 18 to August 17, with the usual “fair fare,” plus some good concerts. Check it all out at ocfair.com. The Laguna Beach Sawdust Festival is on now through August 31. Sawdustartfestival.org. The Pageant of the Masters runs now through August 29, and it’s an amazing production, bringing works of art to life with live models! Check it out at foapom.com. In escrow news, June kicked off with the American Escrow Association (AEA) Conference in Las Vegas, Nevada. Rosanna Medeiros (CA) was elected to serve as President for 2025/2026, and Colleen Graves (CA) is the new President-elect. Congratulations, Ladies! California will be well represented on the national level! Opportunity knocks: At this time, AEA’s Secretary and Treasurer positions are vacant and need to be filled.
