Our entire industry has had to turn on a dime to adapt to the many changes brought on by the COVID-19 pandemic -- from keeping ourselves healthy so we can continue to work, to drive-thru and hybrid closings, to fulfilling our commitments to our customers in record-breaking volume while working under lockdown.
